Grief Support Group

Grief is one of life's most difficult journeys. Whether someone lost a loved one recently or years ago, grief can feel isolating, overwhelming, and unpredictable.  While everyone grieves differently, no one should have to go through it alone.

LLGAMH offers a Grief Support Group - a safe welcoming space where individuals can share their stories, express emotions, and connect with others who truly understand what they're going through.

What to expect:

  • Compassionate Support: Led by experienced facilitators, the group offers a nurturing environment where feelings are validated and honored.
  • Shared Experience: Being with others who are also navigating loss can provide comfort, insight, and a sense of community.
  • Tools for Healing: Individuals will gain practical strategies for coping with grief, managing difficult emotions, and finding moments of peace.
  • Confidentiality: What is shared in the group stays in the group. This is a space of mutual respect and trust.

Who should join?

This group is open to anyone experiencing grief due to the loss of a loved one. Whether the loss is recent or something the person has been carrying for a long time, they're welcome in the group.
