The LLG HART Hub operates in two locations. The Lanark site opened to clients in December 2025, and the Leeds Grenville site is scheduled to open in late spring or early summer 2026.

WHAT WE OFFER
Structured programs designed to support recovery, mental health, and long-term wellbeing.
Coordinated, relationship-based support to help clients navigate systems and meet recovery goals.
Evidence-based psychotherapy for adults experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, and complex mental health challenges.
Safe, affordable housing with on-site support for individuals in recovery who need stability as a foundation for mental wellness.
Homeless and Addiction Residential Treatment Hub
Access to psychiatric assessment and medication management as part of a comprehensive, integrated care plan.
Wraparound Supports
All services are accessed through our Centralized Intake. Most services are covered by OHIP.
Assistance with transportation to help clients access services and appointments, removing barriers to care.
Community-based activities and social programming to reduce isolation and build meaningful connections.
Rent-geared-to-income assistance that helps individuals with mental health challenges access and maintain stable housing in the private rental market.
Low-barrier, welcoming space offering basic needs and pathways into care.
Who We Are
LLGAMH offers services and programmes to people experiencing addiction or mental health issues. Mental health services for individuals 16+; addictions services available to persons of any age.
