About This Role

As a Rehabilitation Worker I, you will support clients living in residential settings as they work toward their recovery and life goals. You will play an active role in helping individuals build the skills needed for greater independence, including activities of daily living, healthy lifestyle practices, social relationship development, and effective use of leisure time.

This position is based within the HART Hub, a 66-bed, two-site initiative providing a full continuum of addiction and mental health services across Lanark, Leeds, and Grenville counties. This role is specifically located within our 8-bed residential addiction treatment program, which is co-located with 12 supportive housing spaces.
